At The Hatch, we believe every child carries within them a world waiting to unfold. Founded in 2020, we pioneered a new chapter in childcare by becoming the first center in Sri Lanka to offer 24/7 care, including extended hours, weekends, and holiday care. We understand that childhood doesn’t fit into a timetable, and neither do the responsibilities of modern parents.

We walk alongside families from infancy through early childhood, caring for children from 4 months to 7 years old. More than just a childcare center, The Hatch is a “home away from home”-a warm, nurturing space where individuality is celebrated and growth is inspired.
